Auxmoney had the clear goal of increasing commissions and revenue, but lacked the tools to achieve a significant increase in customer lifetime value. To achieve this, customer loyalty needed to be significantly strengthened – and intensifying customer loyalty was, in turn, linked to more intensive use of the Auxmoney app.
Solution
Mehrwert analyzed the status quo and recommended the introduction of an optional value-added package as part of its credit brokerage services. Customers received up to 25% online cashback at more than 1,200 online shops and a 5% travel cashback at more than 200 tour operators.
Auxmoney, in turn, received a consolidated overview of the user's credit reports through the use of the value-added package. Comprehensive security measures were implemented, including an automated alert in the event of misuse of customer data on the deep and dark web.
The option to purchase the package was communicated via the Auxmoney app, the web portal, and through ongoing and regular communication.

By implementing the optional value-added package, Auxmoney was able to intensify customer loyalty and, at the same time, significantly optimize its earnings situation: Since the package launch, Auxmoney has consistently recorded more than 100 activated value-added service packages – per day.
